Zermezeele, niederländisch Zermezele, ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 228 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2019) im Département Nord in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Dunkerque und zum 2014 gegründeten Gemeindeverband Flandre Intérieure (vormals Communauté de communes du Pays de Cassel). In Zermezeele wird auch Westflämisch gesprochen.
