Pülümür, auch Pılemoriye, ist eine Stadt und Verwaltungssitz (Merkez) des gleichnamigen Landkreises (İlçe) in der türkischen Provinz Tunceli. Der Kreis liegt im Nordosten der Provinz und grenzt an die Provinzen Erzincan im Norden und Bingöl im Südosten.
