Quijos Canton is a canton of Ecuador located in the Napo Province. Its capital is the town of Baeza. It includes the village of Chalpi. Its population at the 2001 census was 5,505.[1]

Der Kanton Quijos befindet sich in der Provinz Napo im Nordosten von Ecuador. Er besitzt eine Fläche von 1589 km². Im Jahr 2020 lag die Einwohnerzahl schätzungsweise bei 6850. Verwaltungssitz des Kantons ist die Ortschaft Baeza mit 1691 Einwohnern (Stand 2010). Der Kanton Quijos wurde am 17. Januar 1955 eingerichtet.
