With a land area of 0.72 km2 (0.28 sq mi), it had a population density of 90.3/km2 (233.8/sq mi) in 2021.[8]
In the 2016 Census of Population, the Village of Macrorie recorded a population of 68 living in 37 of its 46 total private dwellings, a 4.4% change from its 2011 population of 65. With a land area of 0.77 km2 (0.30 sq mi), it had a population density of 88.3/km2 (228.7/sq mi) in 2016.[9]
