Sant Joan (official name; English: Saint John) is a municipality on Majorca, Spain, situated in the center of the island in the comarca of Pla de Mallorca. The town Sant Joan, formerly known as Sant Joan de Sineu, was founded in 1300. It is bordered by the municipalities of Petra, Villafranca de Bonany, Porreres, Montuïri, Lloret de Vistalegre, and Sineu.

In the town there are two futsal clubs, Sant Joan C.E. and Just Just Sant Joan.

Sant Joan C.E. was founded in 2007. Currently the team plays at 1ª Regional de la Federació de Futbol de les Illes Balears[2] from Balearic Islands. It is the most honored team of the town, winning two Balearic Futsal Cups at 2009 (Senior Squad) and 2011 (Youth Squad).[3]

San Juan[1] (oficialmente y en catalán Sant Joan) es una villa y municipio de la comunidad autónoma de Islas Baleares, España. Situado en el centro de la isla de Mallorca, San Juan, antes conocido como San Juan de Sinéu, fue fundado el año 1300. Colinda con los términos municipales de Petra, Villafranca de Bonany, Porreras, Montuiri, Lloret de Vista Alegre y Sinéu. Celebra la fiesta patronal el día de San Juan Degollado, el 29 de agosto. El 24 de junio se celebra la fiesta del «Sol que Baila», coincidiendo con el solsticio de verano. Otras fiestas son el Cuarto Domingo o del Pan y el Pez (el cuarto domingo de Cuaresma) y la Fiesta del Butifarrón, a principios de octubre.
