Montuïri is municipality in central Majorca, one of the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is a small town built on a hill. Cyclist Gabriel Mas was born here.[2] It is the birthplace of Macià Manera, ex-member of Terra Lliure imprisoned during the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Montuïri ist eine Gemeinde auf der spanischen Baleareninsel Mallorca mit 2912 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2019), davon im Jahr 2008 2281 im gleichnamigen Ort. Im Jahr 2006 betrug der Ausländeranteil der Gemeinde 13,5 % (349), der Anteil deutscher Einwohner 2,8 % (73). Montuïri liegt in der Inselmitte in der Nähe der Hauptstraße MA-15, ungefähr in der Mitte zwischen Palma und Manacor.- [en] Montuïri

Montuiri[1] (en catalán y oficialmente Montuïri) es una localidad y municipio español de la provincia y comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares. Se encuentra en la comarca del Llano de Mallorca, en la isla de Mallorca, lindando con los municipios de Algaida, Lluchmayor, Porreras, San Juan y Lloret de Vista Alegre. El núcleo urbano se encuentra situado al norte de la carretera "Palma-Manacor" que une esta población con Palma de Mallorca y Manacor.
