Saint-Fons (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ fɔ̃]; Arpitan: Cent-Fonts) is a commune in the Metropolis of Lyon in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in eastern France. It was created in 1888 from part of the commune of Vénissieux.[3]
