Geographie

Poilley liegt etwa zwölf Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Fougères. Umgeben wird Poilley von den Nachbargemeinden Le Ferré im Norden und Nordwesten, Saint-Georges-de-Reintembault im Norden und Nordosten, Villamée im Osten, Le Châtellier sowie Montours im Westen und Südwesten.
