Jesúpolis, amtlich portugiesisch Município de Jesúpolis, deutsch Jesusstadt, ist eine kleine politische Gemeinde im brasilianischen Bundesstaat Goiás mit Dorfcharakter. Die Einwohnerzahl war bei der Volkszählung 2010 2300 Einwohner, die Bevölkerung wurde zum 1. Juli 2018 auf 2474 Einwohner geschätzt, die auf einer Gemeindefläche von rund 122,5 km² leben und Jesupolinos genannt werden.[1]
