Summit City is an unincorporated community in the northwestern Lower Peninsula of Michigan. It is located in Paradise Township, which is part of Grand Traverse County.[1]

It is located about 2.5 mi (4 km) southeast of Kingsley, 8.25 mi (13.2 km) west of Fife Lake, and 15.6 mi (25.1 km) southeast of Traverse City. The area surrounding Summit City is very rural, with many local farms. It is situated on Sands Creek, which flows southward to the Manistee River. Summit City Road, which has an intersection with M-113 in Kingsley, can be used to travel here. Actually, quite a few different roads from various directions can be used to travel here, but Summit City Road definitely can be utilized for this purpose.
