Lake LeAnn is a census-designated place (CDP) in the northern part of Somerset Township, Hillsdale County, Michigan, United States. It surrounds Lake LeAnn, Crystal Lake, and Perch Lake, natural lakes near the headwaters of the Grand River. The CDP is bordered to the southeast by the unincorporated community of Somerset Center.

US Highway 12 passes through the southern part of the community, leading east-northeast 47 miles (76 km) to Ypsilanti and west-southwest 32 miles (51 km) to Coldwater.
