Howard Mill (also, Howard Mill Station)[2] is a former settlement in Lake County, California.[1] It was located 1.25 miles (2 km) southwest of Three Crossing,[2] at an elevation of 3514 feet (1071 m).[1] Howard Mill still appeared on maps as of 1951.[1]
