Busseron Township is one of ten townships in Knox County, Indiana. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,393 and it contained 618 housing units.[3]

Busseron Township was founded about 1810. It is named for François Riday Busseron,[4] a French resident of the area during the American Revolution.
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 52.7 square miles (136 km2), of which 51.83 square miles (134.2 km2) (or 98.35%) is land and 0.86 square miles (2.2 km2) (or 1.63%) is water.[3]
