Presencio es un municipio[1] de la provincia de Burgos (España), situado 26 km al sur de la capital, en la carretera provincial Burgos-Roa. Posee una extensión de 35,07 km² y cuenta con unos doscientos habitantes. Pertenece al Partido Judicial de Lerma. El río que transcurre por sus pagos es el Cogollos.
