Wrotkowo [vrɔtˈkɔvɔ] (German: Friedrichowen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gołdap, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland; it is close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Gołdap and 132 km (82 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
