Hamun County (Persian: شهرستان هامون) is located in Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[1] The capital of the county is Mohammadabad. At the 2006 census, when it was Shib Ab District in Zabol County, the county's population was 43,374, in 9,809 families.[2] It was separated from Zabol County in 2007.
