Aslan Duz (Persian: اصلاندوز, also Romanized as Aşlān Dūz and Aslandooz; also known as Aslāndūz Tepe)[2] is a city in and the capital of Aslan Duz County, in Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,910, in 862 families.[3] The Battle of Aslanduz was fought nearby in 1812.
