Ploufragan ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 11.383 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2019) im Département Côtes-d’Armor in der Region Bretagne. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Saint-Brieuc und zum Kanton Ploufragan, dessen Hauptort (chef-lieu) sie ist. Die Bewohner nennen sich Ploufraganois.

Пригород Сен-Бриё, примыкает к нему с юго-запада, в 5 км от национальной магистрали N12. Западная граница коммуны проходит по реке Гуэ.
