Die Communauté de communes de Parthenay-Gâtine ist ein französischer Gemeindeverband mit der Rechtsform einer Communauté de communes im Département Deux-Sèvres in der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Sie wurde am 1. Januar 2014 gegründet und umfasst aktuell 38 Gemeinden. Der Verwaltungssitz befindet sich im Ort Parthenay.[2]

Der Gemeindeverband entstand 2014 durch Fusion der Vorgängerorganisationen

• Communauté de communes de Parthenay
• Communauté de communes Espace Gâtine
• Communauté de communes du Pays Ménigoutais
• Communauté de communes du Pays Thénezéen

Mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2019 gingen die ehemaligen Gemeinden Coutières und Chantecorps in die Commune nouvelle Les Châteliers auf. Dadurch verringerte sich die Anzahl der Mitgliedsgemeinden auf 38.

The Communauté de communes de Parthenay-Gâtine is the communauté de communes, an intercommunal structure, centred on the town of Parthenay. It is located in the Deux-Sèvres department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, western France. It was created in January 2014 by the merger of the former Communauté de communes de Parthenay with 3 other former communautés de communes. Its seat is Parthenay.[1] Its area is 836.2 km2, and its population was 37,381 in 2018, of which 10,235 in Parthenay proper.[2] It provides a framework within which local tasks common to the member communes can be carried out together. Amongst its other responsibilities, the communauté de communes organises the Festival Ludique International de Parthenay, a major games festival held in Parthenay every July.
