According to the 2010 census, the township (T8N R5E) has a total area of 34.54 square miles (89.5 km2), of which 33.64 square miles (87.1 km2) (or 97.39%) is land and 0.9 square miles (2.3 km2) (or 2.61%) is water.[2]
The township contains these five cemeteries: Arborcrest, Blue Point Baptist, Brown, Ewington and Toothaker.
