Spring Prairie is an unincorporated community located in the town of Spring Prairie, Walworth County, Wisconsin, United States.[1] Spring Prairie is located at the intersection of Wisconsin Highway 11 and Wisconsin Highway 120 7.25 miles (11.67 km) east of Elkhorn.[2]
