History


Noble Township was organized in 1837.[2] It was named for Noah Noble, 5th Governor of Indiana.[3]


Geography


According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 31.13 square miles (80.6 km2), all land.[1] The streams of East Prong Franks Drain, Sycamore Fork and West Prong Franks Drain run through this township.
