Midway is a populated place situated in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States.[1] It is one of two populated places in Arizona with this name, the other being located in La Paz County.

In 1969, Midway was described as "a longer siding"[2] on the Tucson, Cornelia and Gila Bend Railroad, which went from Gila Bend, Arizona to Ajo, Arizona.[3] In 1972, Midway and other sidings were humorously referred to as a "metropolises".[3]
