Granville is a populated place situated in Greenlee County, Arizona, United States.[2] Named after a pioneer prospector, it was originally settled in order to supply timber to Metcalf, Arizona. The original settlement is no longer extant, and Granville Recreation Area now exists in the area. It has an estimated elevation of 6,686 feet (2,038 m) above sea level.[1]
