Karamanlı ist ein Landkreis und die dazugehörige Kreisstadt im Zentrum der türkischen Provinz Burdur. Sie liegt etwa 62 Kilometer südöstlich der Provinzhauptstadt Burdur und beherbergt 72,6 Prozent der Kreisbevölkerung.
