    Ayamonte ist eine spanische Stadt in der Provinz Huelva in der Autonomen Region Andalusien. Am 1. Januar 2019 lebten dort 20.946 Einwohner. Das Stadtgebiet hat eine Fläche von 142 km² und eine Bevölkerungsdichte von 148 Ew./km². Der Ort liegt an der Mündung des Guadiana-Flusses in den Atlantischen Ozean und damit an der Grenze zu Portugal. Bis zur Provinzhauptstadt Huelva sind es 48, bis Sevilla 140 km.

It is located near the border with Portugal on the mouth of the Guadiana River. According to the 2015 census, the city had a population of 20,357 inhabitants.
