Molinaseca is a village and municipality located in the region of El Bierzo (province of León, Castile and León, Spain) . According to the 2010 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 818 inhabitants. It is located on the French Way, the most popular path of the Camino de Santiago.

Molinaseca es un municipio y villa española de la provincia de León, en la comunidad autónoma de Castilla y León, en la comarca de El Bierzo. Tiene un área de 79,27 km² con una población de 895 habitantes en 2017. La localidad de Molinaseca está declarada Conjunto Histórico-Artístico desde 1975.[4]
