The village is located at high altitude between the Montlleó River and the Rambla de Benafigos. The climate of the village is continental with long, cold winters and hot summers, the temperature during the night on summer days is pleasant though.

Бенафигос (исп. Benafigos) — муниципалитет в Испании, входит в провинцию Кастельон в составе автономного сообщества Валенсия (автономное сообщество). Муниципалитет находится в составе района (комарки) Алькалатен. Занимает площадь 35,6 км². Население — 158 человек (на 2010 год).
