Virštanj (pronounced [ˈʋiːɾʃtan]) is a settlement in the Municipality of Podčetrtek in eastern Slovenia. It is best known as a wine-producing area. It was traditionally part of the Styria region and is now included in the Savinja Statistical Region.[2]
