Brezje pri Veliki Dolini (pronounced [ˈbɾeːzjɛ pɾi ˈʋeːliki ˈdoːlini]) is a settlement in the Municipality of Brežice in eastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola. It is now included in the Lower Sava Statistical Region.[2]

Brezje pri Veliki Dolini was attested in written sources as Pirgk in 1455.[3] The name of the settlement was changed from Brezje to Brezje pri Veliki Dolini in 1953.[4]
