The municipality lies at an altitude of 440 metres (1,444 feet) and covers an area of 9.328 square kilometres (3.602 sq mi). It has a population of 12 people, making it the least populated municipality in Slovakia.

Príkra (bis 1927 slowakisch „Prikré“; ungarisch Meredély – bis 1902 Prikra) ist eine Gemeinde in der Nordostslowakei. Sie liegt sehr abgelegen an der Grenze zu Polen im Bergland Laborecká vrchovina südlich des Duklapasses, etwa 18 km von Svidník entfernt und ist mit derzeit 12 Einwohnern (2020) die kleinste Gemeinde des Landes.
