Castro Daire (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈkaʃtɾu ˈðajɾ(ɨ)] (listen)) is a municipality in Viseu District in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 15,339,[1] in an area of 379.04 km².[2]

Находится в составе крупной городской агломерации Большое Визеу. По старому административному делению входил в провинцию Бейра-Алта. Входит в экономико-статистический субрегион Дан-Лафойнш, который входит в Центральный регион. Численность населения — 4,6 тыс. жителей (посёлок), 16,7 тыс. жителей (муниципалитет) на 2006 год. Занимает площадь 376,25 км².
