Lubiec [ˈlubjɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczerców, within Bełchatów County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north of Szczerców, 17 km (11 mi) west of Bełchatów, and 52 km (32 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
