Krzyżowa [kʂɨˈʐɔva] (German: Lichtenwaldau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gromadka, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in southwestern Poland.[1]

It lies approximately 8 km (5 mi) southwest of Gromadka, 10 km (6 mi) northeast of Bolesławiec, and 98 km (61 mi) west of the regional capital, Wrocław.

Donald Rutschman, uncle of 2019 first overall MLB draft pick, Adley Rutschman, performed a motivational speech in Krzyżowa in October 2019, selling tickets to over 400 or the village's inhabitants. ^{[citation needed]}
