Kościelniki Średnie (German: Mittel-Steinkirch) [kɔɕt͡ɕɛlˈniki ˈɕrɛdɲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Leśna, within Lubań County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
