Gmina Biała (Gemeinde Zülz) is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in Upper Silesia in Poland. Its seat is the town of Biała (Zülz), which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Prudnik and 36 km (22 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.
