Dziergowice [d͡ʑɛrɡɔˈvit͡sɛ] Oderwalde (German Oderwalde, until 1931: Dziergowitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bierawa, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Bierawa, 14 km (9 mi) south-east of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and 54 km (34 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.

In 2011 the German name "Oderwalde" was officially re-introduced.[2]

Oderwalde (bis 1931 Dziergowitz), polnisch Dziergowice, ist eine Ortschaft in Oberschlesien. Oderwalde liegt in der Gemeinde Birawa im Kreis Kandrzin-Cosel in der polnischen Woiwodschaft Oppeln. Mit knapp 1700 Einwohnern[1] ist Oderwalde der größte Ortsteil der Gemeinde. Seit 2007 ist Oderwalde offiziell zweisprachig (Polnisch und Deutsch).
