Babieniec [baˈbjɛɲɛt͡s] (German: Babziens)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Korsze, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Korsze, 14 km (9 mi) west of Kętrzyn, and 57 km (35 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
