Pola, officially the Municipality of Pola (Tagalog: Bayan ng Pola), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 35,455 people.[4]

Pola ist eine philippinische Stadtgemeinde in der Provinz Oriental Mindoro. Sie hat 34.701 Einwohner (Zensus 1. August 2015). Im Westen liegen Teile der Gemeinde im Lake-Naujan-Nationalpark.
