Naslavcea is a village in Ocnița District and the northernmost point in Moldova.[2]

On 31 October 2022, during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, as Russia was undertaking a wave of missile strikes all over Ukraine, Ukrainian air defenses shot down a Russian missile which then crashed into Naslavcea. There were no casualties, though the windows of some residential buildings in the village were shattered.[3]
