Sohrevard Rural District (Persian: دهستان سهرورد) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population (including Sohrevard, which was subsequently detached from the rural district and promoted to city status) was 6,317, in 1,472 families; excluding Sohrevard, the population (as of 2006) was 531, in 116 families.[1] The rural district has 6 villages.
