Qarqan-e Sofla (Persian: قرقان سفلي, also Romanized as Qarqān-e Soflá; also known as Qūrqān-e Soflá)[1] is a village in Anguran Rural District, Anguran District, Mahneshan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 91, in 19 families.[2]
