Nodoüshan (Persian: ندوشن, /nəˌduːˈʃæn/, also Romanized as Nedoushan (in local dialect)[6] is a city located in the central province of Iran, Yazd Province. The city is located in a mountainous region where many people live on farms and have fruit gardens. At the 2011 census, its population was 2,332 in 718 families. Historically, many of the inhabitants are believed to be Zoroastrians. [7]
