Friedrichswalde ist eine Gemeinde nördlich der Stadt Joachimsthal im brandenburgischen Landkreis Barnim. Sie wird vom Amt Joachimsthal (Schorfheide) verwaltet. Seit dem 24. Juli 2013 führt die Gemeinde offiziell, auch auf den Ortseingangsschildern, die Zusatzbezeichnung „Holzschuhmacherdorf“.[2]
