Saint-Sauveur-de-Meilhan (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ sovœʁ də mɛjɑ̃], literally Saint-Sauveur of Meilhan; Occitan: Sent Sauvador de Milhan) is a commune in the Lot-et-Garonne department in south-western France.[3]
