Roquefort (French pronunciation: [ʁɔkfɔʁ] (
listen); Occitan: Ròcahòrt) is a commune in the Landes department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.[2]

Between 1907 and 1934, Roquefort was the terminus of the 12-kilometre (7.5 mi) long 750 mm (2 ft 5+1⁄2 in) gauge Chemin de fer Économiques Forestiers des Landes railway line from Lencouacq.[3] Roquefort station provided an interchange with the Marmande to Mont-de-Marsan railway line [fr] of the Chemin de Fer du Midi.
