Der Kreis Loufan (chinesisch .mw-parser-output .Hani{font-size:110%}娄烦县, Pinyin Lóufán Xiàn) ist ein chinesischer Kreis, der zum Verwaltungsgebiet der bezirksfreien Stadt Taiyuan, der Hauptstadt der Provinz Shanxi, gehört.
