In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Saint-Pie had a population of 5,847 living in 2,413 of its 2,511 total private dwellings, a change of 4.3% from its 2016 population of 5,607. With a land area of 107.42 km² (41.48 sq mi), it had a population density of 54.4/km² (141.0/sq mi) in 2021.[6]
