Burgas Municipality (Bulgarian: Община Бургас, Obshtina Burgas) is the most populated municipality in Burgas Province. It includes Burgas, the town of Balgarovo and 12 villages. After a referendum in 2011 Izvor became part of Burgas Municipality.[1]
