São João do Pau d'Alho is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population is 2,100 (2020 est.) in an area of 118 km².[2] The elevation is 354 m.

The municipality contains 2.24% of the 9,044 hectares (22,350 acres) Aguapeí State Park, created in 1998.[3] It contains part of the 8,885 hectares (21,960 acres) Mouth of the Aguapeí Private Natural Heritage Reserve, created in 2010.[4]
